Since joining Dreampath as a fresh graduate, my growth over the past 6 years has been deeply fulfilling. Our sophisticated pathology sample tracking software and digital pathology systems genuinely make a difference. I take pride in contributing to our histology tracking system, pathology slide scanners, and FFPE slide archiving, ensuring efficient tissue sample handling and preservation. It’s gratifying to be part of a team that implements whole slide imaging systems for pathology traceability. Dreampath’s collaborative culture nurtures innovation, and knowing our work impacts hospitals and patients’ lives lends an inspiring sense of purpose.

At Dreampath, our work makes sense. Thanks to our pathology sample tracking system, we have the satisfaction of assisting in patient diagnosis. All the laboratories that implement Dreampath systems have their own sample management strategy and it is really exciting to take on the challenges of developing a tracking software solution that can meet the needs of all pathology laboratories (and therefore all patients). In addition, we are a small dynamic team working hard, but with a lot of fun after work

Small team, lots of projects! I joined the team to develop a new product to enhance samples traceability in a pathology environment. The main objective is to answer an increasing need in sample tracking and traceability, to improve sample safety. This product integrates in the Dreampath systems family, initially centered on sample archiving systems, for more reliable end-to-end traceability.

In my first year at Dreampath Diagnostics, the commitment to sample traceability in pathology has been more than a professional goal, it's a daily practice embraced by a dedicated team. The collaborative culture not only encourages continuous learning, but also provides unwavering support, propelling my growth in ways I never imagined.
